Contrary to some nonsensical, misleading and untruthful rumours being circulated in an apparent attempt to undermine this most worthwhile project which we have put a lot of time and effort into, we are very happy to assure everybody that this Primary Care Centre will be going ahead as planned by the HSE.

The appeal, to An Bórd Pleanála, did have the effect of delaying the project by a year, but HSE assures Drimnagh Residents Association that exchequer funding will be in place and the building will begin, hopefully, at some point during 2016.

We look forward to the completion of this project which will be a major asset for all residents of Drimnagh – the young, the elderly, young parents, disabled and anybody with any kind of ailment who will be able to be treated in Drimnagh and not be forced to travel to Crumlin, Walkinstown or Ballyfermot
